Driver Expectations
ATS will guarantee that our drivers are the most professional and courteous and will meet or exceed your expectations for non-emergency driving standards. Our drivers will meet your claimant/patient at their residence, assist them to the vehicle, transport them safely to the specified site, walk them into the facility, return them to their residence and ensure that they safely return inside. It's the least we can do.

All ATS drivers are Nextel/Cell phone equipped.
